Where we started
Kestrel had grown from a startup to 400 people, and its visual identity had not kept up. Six products looked like six companies, and every new feature reinvented buttons and forms.

What we built
We delivered a new identity, typography and motion language, then encoded it in a tokenised design system with 80+ documented components in Figma and a matching React library adopted across all product teams.
