Where we started
Northwind was running a decade-old monolith that buckled under seasonal traffic and made every new market launch a three-month project. Checkout conversion had been sliding for two years.
Our Solution
What we built
We rebuilt the storefront as a headless Next.js application on top of a Laravel commerce API, introduced edge caching and a modular checkout, and migrated catalogue data with zero downtime over a single weekend.
